Evangelist Karen W. Fairley has been in ministry since 2001 and utilizes her God given talents to help empower women of God who desire guidance for the things that matters most: learning and implementing the Word of God; caring for family, self and church.
She has conducted and presented in numerous workshops, training and conferences on varied topics to include: Teaching of the Gospel, domestic violence, nonprofit development, workplace harassment, leadership development, women’s empowerment, single parenting, teen age parenting and youth program development, just to name a few.
Evangelist Fairley has served in a variety of leadership roles in organizations ranging from grassroots’ nonprofits to companies with revenues of seven figures.
Karen is the co-founder along with her husband Elder William C. Fairley, III of True Test Ministries, Inc. One of the projects of True Test Ministries is “Daughters of the King” a domestic violence and human trafficking program designed to bring awareness and assistance to the Christian church. Karen has over 25 years’ experiences working with non-profits and has just started an initiative to assist people it building and maintaining a nonprofit agency.
Evangelist Fairley is a preacher of the Gospel, a certified grant writer, a fellow with the Institute of Political Leadership at North Carolina State, and a Licensed Evangelist in the Church of God in Christ. She is a member of Upper Room Church of God in Christ; Raleigh, NC since 1999 under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Patrick L. Wooden, Sr.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Inter-American University in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a dual bachelor’s degree in History and Business Administration from Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo-College of Law.
Evangelist Fairley currently resides in Apex, NC with her husband, they have 8 daughters, 10 grandchildren..
